The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to conduct high level inquiry against one Ravinderpal Singh. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite evidence of illegal gratification against Ravinderpal Singh as well recommendations vide inquiry report dated 24.11.2022, made by respondent no. 2-Director, Department of Social Justice, Empowerment & Minorities for registration of FIR under sections 7, 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC no action has been taken against him.

Learned State counsel submits that matter is under consideration and competent authority would look into the matter and do the needful.
