Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 22.05.2015 Chaƫwind, District Amritsar 364, 120-B IPC (SecƟon 341, 323 IPC added later on) Seeking quashing of FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoners have come up before this Court under SecƟon 482 CrPC.

State counsel submits that there are other LRs who are not arraigned as party respondent and they are necessary party if the peƟƟoner is seeking quashing of FIR based on compromise.

This Court cannot quash the FIR simply because one of the LR is interested to compromise the maƩer.
