For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the legal representatives of appellant No.2, Ramesh Kumar, mentioned in para No.2 of the application are impleaded as a party. Vakalatnama signed by the LRs of the appellant No.2, Ramesh Kumar, is already appended with the present application. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. RSA-1817-2014 On first call, a request for a pass-over was made on behalf of counsel for the appellants. Thereafter, on second call, yet again a request for a pass-over was made on the ground that arguing counsel is busy before a co-ordinate Bench.
