The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for directions to the respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the respondents No.4 to 7.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a representation dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P6) before respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, District Ambala. The learned counsel prays for seeking directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the above mentioned representation within a stipulated time. 2.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. 3.

Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction for disposing of the representation (Annexure P6) be given to respondent No.2 DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2025.08.07 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document and the instant writ petition be disposed of.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P6) within a period of 15 days from today, by passing a speaking order.

It is directed that the petitioners will be provided adequate safety and security to their life and liberty, if required. It is clarified that any observation is not being made by this Court with regard to threat perception to the petitioners. The police authority of District Ambala shall be at liberty to make assessment with regard to threat perception and take a decision with regard to providing adequate security to the petitioners.
