(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail of all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him including filing an application under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 before the Illaqa Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances.
