The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondent Nos.2 & 3 to register FIR against respondent Nos.4 to 17 and to decide her complaint.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide her representation/complaint Annexure P-1 submitted by her.

Ms. Himani Arora, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-1 and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. It is however, made clear that this order shall not preclude the authorities to proceed against the petitioner, in case, she is found involved in any other criminal proceedings, instituted/pending against her, if there is some evidence that surfaces regarding her involvement in a cognizable offence, for which she may be required by the investigating agency.
