The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take legal action against the private respondents on the basis of the representation dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, submits that in the present matter, FIR No.05 dated 08.01.2022, under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Civil Line Amritsar, stands registered.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.
