(Oral) Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 13.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) whereby, the Hearing Committee of the Labour Department ordered prosecution against the petitioner for all the violation under Rule16-A of the Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the matter stands disposed of between the parties in the National Lok Adalat, Faridabad vide order dated 13.05.2023. A copy thereof has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions and is marked as 'Mark-X'.
