Learned State counsel refers to para 3 to 5 of the reply filed by way of affidavit dated 01.02.2023 of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Jalandhar, which read thus:- "3. That during the course of investigation accused Inderjit Singh and Pargat Singh suffered disclosure statement that they have committed various snatchings in the area of Jalandhar and 12 other FIRs have been registered against them which are as follows: xx xx
4. That there are specific allegations against the son of petitioner regarding snatchings committed by him in connivance with co-accused Pargat Singh and they have suffered disclosure statement to this effect thus present petition is liable to be dismissed.
5. That answering respondent have not received any representation as mentioned in present petition by petitioner, moreover after receiving the copy of petition in present case answering respondent deputed SHO PS Div No.2 Jalandhar to enquire about the grievance of petitioner and upon enquiry it transpired that son of petitioner along with co-accused Pargat Singh are wanted in 12 other FIRs as such it is evident that son of petitioner has not been implicated falsely in the other FIRs as such complaint of petitioner was recommended to be closed by SHO PS Division No.2 Jalandhar who forwarded his report to answering respondent and answering respondent approved the same and forwarded his report to DCP Investigation Jalandhar and said report his pending approval from him and necessary action shall be taken thereafter." 2.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 3.
