Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.5 to 8. It is further prayed to direct official respondents to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.5 to 8 for threatening to cause damage to life and liberty of the petitioner and misleading the government officials by making false and frivolous complaints against the petitioner on the basis of distorted facts.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed a representation Annexure P-1, on 10.07.2024 before respondents No.1 to 4, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab,
CRWP-9059-2024 -2who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh that the complaint filed by the petitioner was enquired into and finding the same not fit for registration of FIR, as it is a case of civil nature, the same has been filed. 5.
