-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 02.02.2022 the case was adjourned to 25.02.2022. On 25.02.2022 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner for 09.03.2022. Thereafter, the case was adjourned on numerous dates by order. On 16.05.2022 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 31.05.2022. On 31.05.2022 the case was adjourned to 13.09.2022 by order. On 13.09.2022 a statement was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that talks of a compromise were going on between the parties and hence an adjournment was sought. Today the matter has been called twice, but none has put in appearance on behalf of counsel for the petitioner. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present civil revision petition for non-prosecution. So ordered. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
