(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to recommend the petitioner for the post of TGT Arts pursuant to advertisement 02/2023.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that due to inadvertence, correct fact could not be brought to the Court's notice earlier; in fact, the petitioner has already been recommended for the post as Dependent of Freedom Fighter (DFF) General category candidate on 14.08.2024, and has also been granted seniority position based upon her merit at number 220A vide office order dated 21.10.2024. He further contends that posting to the petitioner will be given within three weeks.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
