The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 17.01.2025 passed in CWP-190662020, whereby, direction was issued to the respondent o re-look into the matter of petitioner and decide afresh.

Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 17.01.2025 speaking order dated 29.09.2025 is passed. Copy of the same is taken on record and has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of speaking order dated 29.09.2025 shows that order dated 17.01.2025 passed in CWP-19066-2020 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
