It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the marriage between the parties to the lis, had taken place on 18.07.2023, but no child was born from the said wedlock. place in Tarn Taran. She has no source of earning and is totally dependent upon her parental family. Even, she has filed the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending in the Courts at Tarn Taran, at appearance stage. In the given circumstances, it is difficult for her to commute a distance of about 106 kilometres, to defend the divorce petition. In view of the submissions aforesaid and also considering the position of law about preference to be given to the convenience of the wife in the transfer applications relating to the matrimonial dispute, more particularly, while considering the fact about the respondent not having come forward to contest the application, the transfer application is allowed and
