The precise contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the impugned order has been passed in gross violation of the principles of natural justice to the extent that it has not even been uploaded till today. The petitioner, by way of abundant caution, filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority but that appeal has been filed physically and may not be maintainable because the appeal can be filed only through online mode and that too, with the copy of the order, which, in this case, has not been uploaded yet. Be that as it may, the fact remains that till such time the order has not been uploaded, no action can be taken against the petitioner and the moment the order is uploaded, the petitioner has the right to reiterate his appeal by filing it through online mode.
