ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) It has been pointed out by the learned counsel representing the appellant that these appeals have been rendered infructuous. He submits that the cross-appeals filed by the HSIIDC were allowed and the judgment in appeal was set aside while remitting the matter back to the Reference Court. The Reference Court has once again decided the matter. These appeals are arising from the previous award which has already been set aside.
