This petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to consider and decide representation/complaint dated 21.09.2022 (Annexure P1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the persons who are interfering. 3.

Status report by way of affidavit of Karan Singh Sandhu, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Dhuri, District on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 filed in the Court. Same is taken on record. 5.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and if necessary protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.
