RSA No.6115 of 2016 (O&M) The sole point in rejecting the relief sought in the plaint had been that the plaintiff has not been able to establish the alleged violation of the sanctioned plan at the behest of the private defendants. When this Court confronted Mr. Ramender Chauhan, whether any demarcation report which have established the controversy, has been brought on record, or not. The answer was in negative.
