The present revision petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders dated 10.07.2019 and 05.09.2019 (Annexures P-16 and P-18) whereby the application filed by the plaintiff-respondent No.1 under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been allowed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) filed by the petitioners also stands dismissed.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Sirsa, during the pendency of the present petition the main Civil Suit itself stands dismissed as withdrawn on 14.09.2019. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
