RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transferring criminal complaint No.COMA-36 of 2020 filed by the respondent under Sections 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Annexure P-1, dated 15.10.2020 from the Court of JMIC Narnaul to JMIC Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.
