The prayer in the instant criminal writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance a direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and not to harass them in any manner and further issuance a direction to the official respondents to decide her representations (Annexures P-4 and P-5). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that there is a civil litigation between the petitioner and the private respondents. The petitioner also got the interim order from the Civil Court but despite that the private respondents are interfering in her possession and she has threat to life and liberty. She further contended that the petitioner also moved representations (Annexures P-4 and P-5) to the Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to exhaust legal remedies available to her by moving a appropriate petition before the Illaqa Magistrate in terms of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P., (2008) 2 SCC 409.
