In case, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition before the expiry of limitation provided for an election petition, then needless to say the Tribunal would give benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 to the petitioner for the period till today and further seven days for approaching the Tribunal.
