After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the exempted from filing the certified copy of compromise dated 05.09.2014 (Annexure P-1).

At asking of the Court, Mr.Arvinder Arora, Advocate, who is present in the Court,accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant submits that the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn in view of the compromise Annexure A-1.
Civil Misc. Application stands disposed of.
RSA-203-2014 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the compromise Annexure A-1 placed on record and the order of even date passed in Civil Misc. Application No.5216-C of 2015, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection to the above said prayer.
