(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to 5 to arrest the accused persons/private respondents in FIR No. 231 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 under Sections 376-D, 363, 366A, 506 IPC, 1860 and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh (Annexure P-1).

The petitioner before this Court is the father of the victim. Order sheets reveal that a Coordinate Bench of this Court had recorded in the order dated 10.01.2022 that 'learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to the official respondents to file status report with respect to the investigation carried out so far'.

CRM-M-656-2022 (O&M) -2 - status report dated 19.01.2023 by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 has already been filed. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Virender Singh, has informed that there were total 4 accused in the matter. After thorough investigation in the present FIR, three accused including the present respondents No. 6 and 7 were found to be innocent. The trial in respect of 4th accused, namely, Irfan is underway. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case; and the same is accordingly disposed of. In case anything survives in the present petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same within a period of 4 weeks from today, if so advised.
