Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No.5-Megh Raj son of Daya Ram, respondent No.6-Seema, Ex-Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Village Dadupur Roran, P.O. Sirsi, District Karnal as well as some revenue officers have fraudulently shown Panchayati land to be falling in 'laal dora' and have facilitated execution of sale deeds. It has been submitted that a representation dated 2.8.2021 (Annexure P-7) was made to Superintendent of Police, Karnal but no action has been taken thereupon. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Deputy PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.01.10 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-676-2022 (O&M) Commissioner of Police, Karnal to examine the matter i.e. allegations as levelled in representation dated 2.8.2021 (Annexure P-7) (although not addressed to Deputy Commissioner of Police) and to take necessary steps as may be warranted in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall furnish a copy of this order as well as a copy of representation dated 2.8.2021 (Annexure P-7) to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Karnal within a period of 2 weeks from today. 4.
