RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for transferring the investigation of cases, i.e. FIR No.33, dated 23.02.2019, under Sections 376, 511, 452, 506 IPC and Sections 4, 18 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police Station Sanali, District Panipat, Annexure P-12, FIR No.241, dated 15.04.2019, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal, Annexure P-15, and FIR No.327, dated 15.05.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 354A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal, Annexure P-19, from local police to any independent agency like CBI. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that investigation in these cases is complete and challan has already been presented and hence, he prays for withdrawal of this petition.
