The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 03.11.2022, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner, which is continuing till date.

Counsel for the petitioner stated that now the petitioner has complied with all the conditions of the bail order and he has undertaken to continue complying with the same. 4.

Given the fact that loss cause to the exchequer can be recovered by seizing or by freezing his account for which investigator is free to do and therefore the interim order dated 03.11.2022 is made absolute.
