(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of direction to the official respondents for taking legal action against respondent No.8, who has illegally/unauthorizedly detained the truck trailer of the petitioner bearing Registration No.PB-05AL-7557, Chasis No.MB1UPBHD2APJF9960,Engine No.ZXPZ149775, Model No.N4923H6, since 21.09.2022.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the truck trailer of the petitioner in question, has already been released, accordingly, he does not wish to pursue the present matter and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the afore-stated statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
