 - $. */ The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents Authorities for staying the impugned order dated 31.08.2022 (Annexure P-10) and order dated 11.10.2022 (Annexure P-14).

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to him in accordance with law.
