Petitioners have moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to constitute a special investigating team and to investigate/inquire the matter in a fair and impartial manner against respondents No.4 to 6 for threatening and harassing the petitioner and to take action on representation dated 1.9.2021 (Annexure P-7).

The counsel for the petitioners submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submitted that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 1.9.2021 (Annexure P-7, addressed to DGP, Haryana) in accordance with law within a period of next two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
