HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of DDR No.25 dated 18.10.2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 148, 149, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, in which, offence under Sections 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code was deleted and offence under Section 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code was added later on at Police Station City Moga, District Moga, recorded in case FIR No.223 dated 16.10.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Moga, District Moga along with all subsequent proceedings arising thereof.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as raised in the present petition, before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.
