ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Vide order, dated 14.03.2018, learned counsel for the appellant was granted time to furnish an affidavit in terms thereof. On the adjourned date, i.e. 01.05.2018, as the said order was not complied with, the matter was again adjourned for today with an observation that in the event of noncompliance the appeal would be dismissed. Unfortunately, the position is still the same, as the necessary affidavit has not been furnished. That being so, the Court is choice less, but to dismiss the appeal.
