Learned counsel for the petitioner states that proceedings under Sections 107 and 151 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 were initiated and now the administration has been taken over by the District Magistrate, Tarn Taran. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition, at this stage. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition in case the need so arises. 2.
