Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.265 dated 26.08.2023, under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Special Task Force, Faridkot, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that the present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. 3.
