The prayer in the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for restoration of main petition which was dismissed for nonprosecution, vide order dated 01.04.2024 passed by this Bench. 2.
Counsel for the applicants-petitioners submits that he could not appear on the date fixed, i.e. 01.04.2024 due to medical check up of his father. The application is duly supported by way of an affidavit of the counsel for the applicants-petitioners.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 01.04.2024 passed by this Bench is recalled.
