The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.42 dated 09.04.2025 registered under Sections 333, 118(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of BNS, at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Butta Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 3.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 07.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
