The present appeal pertains to the year 2022. On 14.12.2022 none appeared on behalf of the appellants however, on the basis of a written request, the case was adjourned to 07.03.2023. Thereafter the matter was adjourned by order. On 11.05.2023 again no one appeared on behalf of the appellants however, again on the basis of a written request, the case was adjourned to 19.10.2023. Thereafter the matter was adjourned on various dates by order due to the heavy Board. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
