*** VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J. (ORAL) As per the report received from the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, the matter stands amicably settled between the parties and in terms of the compromise, a settlement deed is annexed with the report.

Learned counsel representing the parties also submit that a compromise has been effected between the parties and pray that the appeal itself be disposed of in terms of the compromise. 3.

In view of the above, the regular second appeal, which was admitted on 05.07.2019, is taken on record and is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The settlement deed be made a part of the decree.
