Appellants are in second appeal against concurrent judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below whereby their suit for permanent injunction was dismissed by the trial court on 10.11.2015 and findings affirmed by the appellate Court vide judgment and decree dated 30.5.2016.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal as the parties have effected compromise. Dismissed as withdrawn.
