**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to comply with the provision of Section 160 of CrPC read with Section 41 CrPC.

It has been pointed out by Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab on instructions from ASI Kewal Singh that the petitioner is behind the bars pursuant to an FIR lodged against him bearing No.131 dated 26.10.2022 under Sections 307, 323, 341, 427, 148 and 149 IPC. Thus, the present petition itself is not maintainable as regards prayer made therein. Learned State counsel also informs that there are 18 other cases pending against the petitioner at different stages before different authorities/Courts. Disposed of accordingly.
