Mr. H.S.Dhandi, Advocate for applicant-respondent No. 1 *** The review-applicant is seeking review of judgment dated 14.08.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No. 28036 of 2022. Mr. H.S.Dhandi, Advocate submits that petitioner is possessing 750 acres of land which was earlier owned by employer of the workers/applicant. The petitioner is holding said land but not making payment to workers of Punjab Land Development and Reclamation Corporation. The preliminary ground of non-applicant-petitioner to assail impugned order was that they were not possessing land of Punjab Land Development and Reclamation Corporation.

The ground raised by review-applicant is not sufficient in terms of Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC to review judgment dated 14.08.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No. 28036 of 2022 Dismissed.
