Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint bearing No. COMA/499/2025 titled as 'State through Drug Control Officer, Jind Vs. Ashok Kumar and another' dated 08.07.2025 filed before the trial Court for the offence punishable under Sections 27(a)/27(d) and 28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. 2.
By virtue of order dated 8.8.2025, the petitioner was directed to be released on interim bail on his appearance before the trial Court. 3.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to interim bail. He submits that as he is continuously appearing before the trial Court, so the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.
Learned State counsel has endorsed the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the order dated 8.8.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner will keep on appearing continuously before the trial Court during the trial.

The petition stands allowed.
