The appeal is also accompanied by an application seeking condonation of delay of 548 days in filing the appeal. The explanation intended to be given in para 3 of the application is wholly preposterous. The application is bereft of the parameters laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Office of the Chief Post Master General and others Vs. Living Media India Limited and another 2012(2) SCT 269, which is not sufficing the requirement of law.

In view of above, the appeal is dismissed on delay and as well as for not complying with the order dated 01.10.2018.
