(ORAL) Petition herein is for setting aside the order dated 31.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) to the extent that the passport of the petitioner may be released as it was deposited at the time of the submission of the bail bonds vide the above said order in FIR No. 01 dated 7.01.2019 under Sections 307,336,148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Gurdaspur.

On a Court query, as to whether petitioner has taken any steps to approach the Court below by filing an appropriate application seeking release of his passport back, which he was made to surrender as a pre-condition of the bail order dated 31.01.2019 passed by learned Court below, the response is in negative.

Faced with the situation, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court below.

Disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
