SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.114 dated 16.08.2024 under Section 105 of BNS, 2023 registered at P.S Chattiwind Amritsar, District Amritsar. This Court vide order dated 29.10.2022, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 29.10.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Daljeet does not controvert the said fact and further submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the above, the order dated 29.10.2022 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 16.01.2025 manoj
