The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 29.12.2021, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that in the present case, cancellation report has been filed.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 29.12.2021 is made absolute. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed. 5.
