Complaining wilful violation of the order dated 17.08.2022 in Civil Writ Petition No. 17961 of 2022, the petitioner has filed this petition under Section 10 and 11 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order reads as under:- "I find that it would be proper and appropriate if respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the representation in a time bound manner. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to consider the representation dated 3.8.2022 (Annexure P-13) of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.11.30 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.O.C.P. No. 2394 of 2022 matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then she may seek legal remedy in accordance with law."

The learned counsel representing the respondent submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.08.2022, a speaking order dated 15.11.2022 has been passed.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed of. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge November 24, 2022 "DK"
