Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing order dated 29.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) whereby technical bid submitted by petitioner pursuant to tender notice dated 22.07.2025 was rejected. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner raised various arguments to submit that technical bid submitted by petitioner has been incorrectly rejected. It was further submitted that respondent No.5 does not fulfil condition No.3 of Terms and Conditions of E-Quotation. 3.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we do not find any ground to cause interference, at this stage. 4.
However, learned counsel for petitioner, at this stage, restricts his claim for a decision on representations Annexures P-5 and P-6 by the YAG DUTT 2025.09.02 12:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel for the State does not raise any objection thereto.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, present writ petition is disposed of without expression of any opinion on the merits of the matter with a direction to the competent Authority to decide representations so submitted by petitioner, expeditiously. 7.
Additional ground raised during course of arguments that respondent No.5 did not fulfil condition No.3 of Terms & Conditions of E-Quotation would also be considered by the competent Authority after affording due opportunity of hearing to concerned parties.
