(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the changes which have taken place in the interregnum, threat perception no more subsists and wants to withdraw the present petition. Learned State counsel on instructions received from PSI Sudhir also corroborates the statement that there is no threat perception to the petitioners.

Given above, nothing survives in the petition and is disposed of as having been withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case any threat perception arises. The interim order dated 30.12.2021 is hereby recalled.
