This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail, in a case arising out of FIR No.389 dated 24.12.2024 under Sections 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act-1959, Police Station Urban Estate, District Hisar. 2.

Reply has already been submitted by learned State counsel. 3.

By virtue of order dated 06.08.2025, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation, by extending the relief of interim anticipatory bail.
